Fund- The current appropriations of the Camarines Sur Provincial Hospital, its assets, real and personal, and its outstanding liabilities, are hereby transferred to, and shall be absorbed by, the Hospital. Donations/grants in transit intended for the Camarines Sur Provincial Hospital shall be credited to, and received by, the Hospital as its own.
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
