Appropriations. - An amount not exceeding fifteen million pesos (P15,000,000.00) to provide for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the Contingent Fund. Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the Center shall be included in the General Appropriations Act as part of the budget of the Department of Trade and Industry.
