The 7.9-km. strip of the national highway, commencing at Km. 18 + 400, Sitio Camates, Barangay Sampinit, Bago City, up to the boundary of the adjacent Municipality of Pulupandan, situated at Km. 26 + 300, Province of Negros Occidental, shall be known as the Rafael M. Salas Drive "The Gateway to Southern Negros."
