Section 1Sec./Art. 1

Subject to the provisions of the Constitution and the provisions of laws, orders or issuances not inconsistent herewith, Tarlac Enterprises, Inc., hereunder referred to as the grantee, is hereby granted a franchise to construct, operate and maintain an electric light, heat and power system for the purpose of generating and/or distributing electric light, heat and power for sale in the Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of the approval of this Act.
