Compensation. The members of the Council shall be entitled toper diemsand allowances in accordance with existing laws in the performance of their duties and in carrying out the business of the Council. Theper diemsshall be in the amount of Five hundred pesos (P5OO) for every meeting:Provided,That theper diemscollected do not exceed the equivalent ofper diemsfor four (4) meetings in a month.
