Applicability of the Omnibus Election Code of the Philippines and other Statutes All provisions of the Omnibus Election Code, Republic Act Nos. 6646 and 7166 and other election laws not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act shall apply to the election herein provided.
The COMELEC shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the implementation of this Act.
