The current year's appropriations for the Sorsogon College of Arts and Trade, the Magallanes School of Fisheries, the Sorsogon National Agricultural School, and the Bulan Vocational School, except the sum necessary to continue the operations of the existing high schools, are hereby transferred to the College. Thereafter, such amount as may be necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the College shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
