Election of Provincial Governor and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members for the Province of Isabela.The qualified voters of the City of Santiago shall not be qualified to vote nor run for any elective position in the elections for provincial governor, vice-governor, sangguniang panlalawigan members and other elective offices for the Province of Isabela.1a⍵⍴h!1
