Applicability of Laws. The provision of Republic Act Numbered 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, Presidential Decree Numbered Eight hundred and twenty-four, and other laws pertaining to the Province of Isabela and such laws as are applicable to cities shall govern the City of Santiago insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
