The academic staff, teaching personnel, administrative and other support personnel of the existing extension high school of the Isabela National High School presently located in the Municipality of Tumauini shall, upon the effectivity of this Act, be absorbed by the Tumauini National High School, and its buildings, facilities, equipment, appurtenances and other resources turned over as property of the said Tumauini National High School.
