Criteria for the Selection of Regular Council Members.- The criteria for the selection of the regular Council members are as follows:
(a) Integrity;
(b) Expertise and experience in teacher education;
(c) Recognized as an expert, nationally or internationally; and
(d) Willingness to serve.
