On September twenty-nine of every year, the municipal officials of San Miguel, Leyte, shall lead appropriate and meaningful celebrations, activities, and programs participated in by regional heads of departments and other government offices and their employees holding office in San Miguel, Leyte, civic, sports, religious, and nongovernmental organizations and private companies doing business in San Miguel, Leyte.
