Annual Report.- The Administration shall publish annually a report on its operations and achievements including therein its financial statements. The annual report shall be submitted to the governor of the province, the congressman of the district, the members of the sangguniang panlalawigan, the municipal mayors of the municipalities of the district, and such appropriate government and nongovernmental organizations, universities, colleges and other entities and media as the Board may determine.
