Applicability of Laws. - The provisions of Republic Act Numbered 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, Presidential Decree Numbered Eight hundred and twenty-four, and other laws pertaining to Metropolitan Manila and such laws as are applicable to highly-urbanized cities shall govern the City of Pasig insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
