Reports and Funding Program.- The National Shelter Agencies are hereby mandated to submit semi-annual reports of their operations, fund usage and performance to the Office of the President and Congress. They shall likewise submit to Congress their plans and funding programs for the succeeding year not later than the first quarter of the current year.
