The City High School (Bugo), a nationalized high school located in Bugo, Cagayan de Oro City, is hereby converted into a school of arts and trades, to be known as the Cagayan de Oro (Bugo) School of Arts and Trades. For this purpose, all of the former's facilities, school site, buildings and other properties are hereby automatically transferred, without cost, to the latter.
