Appointment of Private Sector Representatives.- Upon the effectivity of this Act the President of the Republic of the Philippines shall appoint the nine (9) private sector representatives to the Council who shall serve a term of two (2) years. Thereafter, the determination of the private sector representatives shall be governed by Section 9 of this Act.
