All assets, fixed and movable, records, personnel, as well as liabilities of the Evaristo Moralizon High School are hereby transferred to and assumed by the Evaristo Moralizon National Vocational High School: Provided, however, That the positions, rights and security of tenure of the personnel herein employed under existing laws prior to its separation shall not be impaired: Provided, further, That, the incumbents in the position shall remain in the same status until otherwise provided.
