the San Enrique Barangay Garita Bayanihan High School in the Municipality of San Enrique, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into an extension high school of the San Enrique Polytechnic College to be known as the "San Enrique Polytechnic College Dominador Abang Memorial Extension High School."
