All assets, whether fixed or movable, records and personnel, obligations and appropriations of the Barangay Garita Bayanihan High School are hereby transferred to the San Enrique Polytechnic College Dominador Abang Memorial Extension High School: Provided, however, That the positions, rights and security of tenure of the personnel therein employed prior to the conversion shall not be impaired.
