Promulgation of Rules and Regulations. - the Department of Agriculture, in coordination with the member agencies and the private sector representatives of the Dairy Industry Board shall prepare and issue the rules and regulations implementing this Act within six (6) months from the date of its effectivity.
In addition, the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture (DA) shall report to both Houses of Congress on the status of the promulgation of the rules and regulations within ninety (90) days from the date of the effectivity of this Act.
