The National Dairy Authority. - to achieve the objectives of this Act, there is hereby created a National Dairy Authority (NDA), hereafter referred to as the 'Authority',. which shall, for the purpose of policy and program coordination, be attached to the Department of Agriculture.
The Authority shall be the central policy determining and directing body tasked to ensure the accelerated development of the Philippine dairy industry, in accordance with the policies and objectives set forth in this Act.
