The BaLicuatro College of Arts and Trades, which shall hereinafter referred to as the College, shall primarily provide higher technological professional, and vocational instruction and training in the fields of science, engineering, industrial education, and industry, as well as short-term technical and vocational courses, aside from its present secondary and post-secondary curricular offerings.
