Examination Fees. - All applications for oral examinations for professional electrical engineer and written examinations for registered electrical engineer and registered master electrician shall be subject to payment of fees prescribed by the Commission: Provided, That ninety percent (90%) of the fees is to be treated as a special fund for the programs, projects and activities of the Commission and the remaining ten percent (10%) shall be set aside as a trust fund for the establishment and maintenance of the center for continuing education and research.
