Re-issuance of Revoked Certificates and Replacement of Lost Certificates. - Subject to the approval of the Commission, the Board may, after the expiration of one (1) year from the date of revocation of a certificate, for reasons it may deem sufficient, entertain an application for a new certificate in the same manner as application for an original one. It may exempt the applicant from the necessity of undergoing an examination.
A new certificate of registration to replace any certificate that has been lost, destroyed or mutilated may be issued, subject to the rules of the Board.
