Repealing Clause. - Republic Act No. 184 and existing provisions of provincial, city or municipal ordinances or regulations pertaining to examinations for electrical contractors, electrical inspectors, or electricians, and all other laws, part of laws, orders, ordinances or regulations in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
