Creation of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority. - A body corporate to be known as the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, hereinafter referred to as the CEZA, is hereby created to manage and operate, in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Free Port. This corporate franchise shall expire in fifty (50) years counted from the first day of the fifth (5th) calendar year after the effectivity of this Act, unless otherwise extended by Congress.
