Administrative and Chief Executive Officer. - The President of the Philippines shall appoint a full-time professional and competent administrator and chief executive officer for the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority whose compensation shall be determined by its Board of Directors and shall be in accordance with the revised compensation and position classification system. The administrator as chief executive officer of CEZA shall be responsible to the Board and the President of the Philippines for the efficient management and operation of the Cagayan Special Economic Zone.
