The amount needed to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Central Mindanao University Campus in the Municipality of Catarman and the Mindanao Polytechnic State College Campus in the Municipality of Mambajao and the Camiguin School of Arts and Trades. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
