The School of Arts and Trades shall primarily offer secondary trade courses as well as post-secondary, technical-vocational and other relevant courses as may be authorized by the Technical Education and Skiffs Development Authority (TESDA): Provided, that the courses to be offered are consistent with the goals for local, regional and national development. It shall likewise promote research and development in the various discipline and areas of specialization.
