The faculty of Puerto Princesa School for Philippine craftsmen as well as other personnel shall be absorbed by the new school of arts and trades. In order not to disrupt the operation of the school and to ensure the smooth transition to a school of arts and trades, the incumbent secondary school principal shall serve as the first vocational school administrator.
