The Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro, Sr. General Hospital located in Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental, which has a bed capacity of one hundred fifty (150) beds, is hereby converted into a regional training and teaching hospital, with all the requisite equipment, expanded bed capacity, modern facilities and personnel services necessarily added to regional training and teaching hospital. The hospital shall be known as the Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro, Sr. Regional Training and Teaching Hospital.
