Abolition and Transfer. - The Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial Agricultural College is hereby abolished and all their personnel, unexpended appropriations, and all their assets, fixed and movable are transferred to the Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, St. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology.
