The amount necessary for the establishment of the hospital shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law; thereafter, funds necessary for the maintenance and operation of the hospital shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Code or the applicable law at the time.1aшphi1
