In addition to its present secondary, post-secondary and degree curricular offerings, the Leyte National College of Agriculture, Science and Technology shall offer undergraduate courses in the fields of industrial education and technology, engineering, arts and sciences, forestry, veterinary, two-year technician courses in trade and agriculture, and such other short-term occupational courses as may be necessary to meet local and national needs for trained manpower.
