Ballot Box. - The Commission shall provide each Board of Election Inspectors with a special ballots box with safety features similar to the present ballot box of such size as to accommodate the official ballots without folding them. It shall be locked with padlocks and self-locking metal seals or any other safety devices that the Commission may prescribe.
