Repealing Clause. - Executive Order No. 492, series of 1991, as amended; except as herein indicated is hereby repealed. All other laws, decrees, rules, regulations and other administrative issuances or provisions thereof which are contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
