Scope of Examination. - The Board of Optometry shall prescribe the scope and prepare the contents of the licensure examination. In the discharge of this function, the Board shall take into account recent developments in optometry as well as the academic standards imposed by the Commission on Higher Education on educational institutions which offer a course in optometry.
