Revocation of Certificates and Suspension of Professional Licenses. - The Board may, after giving proper notice and hearing to the party concerned, revoke an optometrist's certificate of registration or suspend his license to practice for any unprofessional or unethical conduct, malpractice, or violation of any of the provisions of this Act or its rules and regulations, or upon the conviction of the optometrist of a crime involving moral turpitude.
