Right of Interconnection. - The grantee is hereby authorized to connect its telecommunications systems to any other telecommunications system installed, operated and maintained by any other grantee in the Philippines for the purpose of providing telecommunications services to the public on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed from time to time by the National Telecommunications Commission.
