Subject to the provisions of the Constitution, as well as other applicable laws and their amendments, the Byers Communications, Inc., its successors or assigns, hereunder referred to as the grantee, shall be granted a franchise to construct, establish, operate and maintain for commercial purposes and in the public interest radio broadcasting and television stations within the National Capital Region and Central Visayas Region.
