Term of Franchise. - This franchise shall be in effect for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of approval of this Act, unless sooner revoked or cancelled, and is granted upon the express condition that the same shall be deemed ipso facto revoked upon failure of the grantee to operate continuously for two (2) years from the date of approval of this Act.
