This franchise shall continue for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date the said station shall be put in operation, and is granted upon the expressed condition that the same shall be void unless the construction of at least one radio broadcasting station or one station for television be begun within two (2) years from the date of approval of this Act and be completed within four (4) years from said date.
