The Simeon Suan Memorial National High School in Barangay Pag-asa, Municipality of Bansud, Province of Oriental Mindoro, is hereby converted into a vocational and technical college, to be known as the Simeon Suan Vocational and Technical College and shall be under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
