Suspension of Accreditation. Any duly accredited travel or recruitment agent or agency which violates the prescription on application for passport under Section 6 hereof shall have such accreditation suspended without prejudice to civil, criminal or administrative sanctions including revocation of its license to operate.
The mere submission of spurious, forged or falsified documents supporting a passport application by any duly accredited travel or recruitment agent or agency shall be prima facie evidence that the said travel or recruitment agent or agency is the author of such forgery or falsification.
