Exclusion clause. – Except for the chairmanship of the Board, the provisions of this Act shall not affect the charter of the University of the Philippines System. Likewise, this Act shall not affect the charter of the Mindanao State University (MSU) except for the provision of this Act on chairmanship of the Board, and the membership of the Chairmen of the Congressional Committees on Education and Culture.
