The San Rafael National Science High School shall be governed by a Board of Trustees which shall be composed of:
a. The regional director, Department of Science and Technology, Region V, chairman;
b. (b) The director of the San Rafael National Science High School, vice-chairman;
c. The regional director, Department of Education, Culture and Sports, Region V, member;
d. The congressional representative of the district where the high school is located, member; and
e. The regional director, National Economic and Development Authority, Region V, member.
