The Sulivan High School extension in Barangay Sulivan, Municipality of Baliuag, Province of Bulacan, is hereby separated from the Mariano Ponce High School, also in the Municipality of Baliuag, and converted into an independent national high school, to be known as the Sulivan National High School.
