The Rizal Technological Colleges in the City of Mandaluyong, including its branches in the City of Pasig, Municipality of Antipolo in the Province of Rizal, and Municipality of Kawit in the Province of Cavite, is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Rizal Technological University, hereinafter referred to as the University. The main campus of the University shall be in the City of Mandaluyong.
