All assets, fixed and movable, personnel and records of the Ormoc City High School and its facilities are hereby transferred and absorbed by the Ormoc City School of Arts and Trade: Provided, however, That the personnel therein employed under existing laws prior to absorption by the Ormoc City School of Arts and Trade are not impaired: Provided, further, That all incumbents shall remain in the same status until otherwise provided for by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
